Money back from Hanook?
I've had persistent issues with my 2024 GT LIne with respect to the tires--- call it alignment, imbalance or whatever. When I'm driving more than about 60mph, the steering wheel violently shakes to the extent that it doesn't feel safe to be in it. The dealer did an alignment two weeks ago, and that did not resolve the problem. Today, they did another round of checks and found that the noise reduction foam had dislodged from inside the tire, presumably causing the shaking/imbalance. They recommend swapping all 4 tires out (tread depth is about 6/32") but also suggested I reach out to Hanook to see if they'd partially subsidize or pay for the "faulty" tires. I know many on this sub have had similar issues, but has anyone reached out to Hanook like this with any success?
