I made a post a bit ago about how Mesalamine was failing me after my latest colonoscopy and my doctor was recommending a biologic as the next step. Well, I had my follow up office visit the other day and got blood work done.

My doctor said the next options would be either Stelara, Humira, or Velsipidy depending on what my insurance covers for me but they're confident one of them will be covered. She's leaning towards Stelara as it's more targeted than Humira but we'll see. Thankfully, after the initial dosage, both of these are home injections, which is nice.

Anyway, I've been doing research on these drugs trying to figure everything out from side effects to how to deal with the increased infection risk. I'd love to hear about the experiences of people here who are on these drugs. Also, if any of you had to choose between these drugs, what went into your decision?

I currently have a Secret Lab Titan (2020) that I bought about 5 years ago. It's starting to fall apart on me with fabric fraying and such. And I've started to have a bit of back pain. So I figure it's time for a new chair. I don't want to get another gaming chair and want something that's going to last.

I'm 6 ft tall and about 170 lbs. I work 8+ hours a day from home sitting in my chair and also do a lot after work sitting in the same spot - watching movies, relaxing, playing games, etc. So I spend a lot of time in my chair. It needs to be comfortable and help make sure my back doesn't hurt. Since it's not just a work chair and I spend a lot of time relaxing, I want something with a head rest, too.

Ultimately, I just want something that's going to be more comfortable and supportive than my Titan that also has a headrest or a long enough back to act like one (like my Titan has). I was looking at the Steelcase Series 2 since it has a headrest option that puts it around $800 included. But reviews seem somewhat mixed and it seems like I might be right at the top height it's good for. The seat seems to be mixed in terms of comfort, too. I also came across the Eurotech Vera with headrest which is way cheaper on btod refurbed at $477 with headrest. Then I saw the Haworth Zody Executive Chair is on sale for $875 currently, which seems like a good deal but I didn't find as much on this version of the chair with the headrest when looking at reviews and info. I would get it without the forward tilt. It's also a bit more than I want to spend, but I could probably do it.

It seems like it's hard to find something that's comfortable for 10+ hour days, going to last, and has a headrest for when I relax after work watching movies or gaming without getting super expensive. I'd like to hear what you think about these three chairs and am also open to any other suggestions.
