Hi everyone, I’ve been big all my life and i’ve made many attempts to lose weight, but recently after seeing myself in a few pictures, i’m ready to try for real.

Because of the family/household I live in, it’s been hard to lose weight. I still live with my parents and they only ever buy un healthy food and aren’t exactly the healthiest people either. it’s been hard trying to start losing weight, and i’ve tried probably 5 times this year alone… does anyone else struggle with this and how did you overcome it?

i’ve also always struggled with food noise, I believe partially due to my adhd, but more recently, due to depression. I used tj be medicated for adhd but recently I had to stop taking that medicine and go on anti-depressants and as a result ive gained about 10 pounds. Thats just made me feel terrible about myself, which is just another reason i’m ready to do this.

i’m looking for advice on how to stay on track and stay accountable. i’m tired of feeling and looking this way and I just want to be confident.
