Do I upload Biometrics Stamp under Unsolicited Evidence or not for Post-Comp OPT? (No RFE for Biometrics, PP clock reset after the appointment)
Hi all,
My Post-Completion OPT was filed with PP on April 20. I received the Biometrics Scheduled Notification on May 2. I completed the appointment on May 5 (rescheduled from May 20).
Since it was directly scheduled, I never received any RFE and minutes after my appointment the status showed “We are actively reviewing your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.” followed by “Response Was Received And My Premium Processing Clock Was Restarted”
Should I upload my stamped appointment letter under unsolicited evidence to speed up the process or leave it as is until specifically requested on the portal? Any pros and cons in doing so?
