Hi everyone 👋

I currently work in the private sector and I’ve been trying to move into the Civil Service. I’ve recently been invited to interview for a Communications Officer role, but I’m honestly a bit nervous because it’ll be my first Civil Service interview.

The job ad says I’ll be assessed against the GCS framework insight, ideas, implementation, and impact. I haven’t done this style of interview before, so I was wondering if anyone here has experience with it and could share any advice, tips, or what to expect?

Anything that could help me prepare or calm my nerves a bit 😅 would be really appreciated. Thanks!
