Whenever i have a very VERY exhausting workout, my muscles dont usually ache, but they feel weak instead. I cant contract them fully and cant hold heavy items. When i try to contract them though, I fell a rush of oleasure as if i was touching myself. Is it normal? It happens regularly and i dont know if the feeling of weaknrss instead of pain is fine.
