Hello everyone,
I bought this watch 2 weeks ago. It has a miyota 8201 movement. When I bought it, it was working well.
Yesterday I noticed that when I hand wind, the crown on the watch slightly slips back. It did not used to do that when I first bought it.

I used to fidget with the rotor behind the case by shaking the watch, I am afraid this might have damaged some component inside the watch which affects the main spring? I still hear the clicks when I hand wind the watch.

I let it unwind itself after few hours and when it stopped, I started winding it again. Even without reaching max winding it still has that playback

What should I do? Please help
