How eo I go about getting my cow and plow but dont know my rez?

I just started my adult life and would like to have some savings in my bank for a nice future home with me and my girlfriend and my mother told me that I should try and get this done and she would help. She cant help her best right now because she is just so stressed with my younger siblings and hospital concerns that I wont get into so I wanna make this easier on her and take initiative with my life and do this myself with minor help/questions.

So I pre ordered black ops 7 and due to recent personal lofe problems I've had to move away from my pc and I thought if you bought bo7 you had it across all platforms aslong as its the same email. Playing on my gfs ps5 and it let me download zombies and multiplayer etc but when I launch the game it doesnt let me play? like it loads me into the bo7 screen but when I select zombies or end game or mp it says I dont own it???

Wouldn't be surprised if this is just a Playstation greed problem
