Hi!

I have two jackery 5000 plus, they have both been updated to the latest FW which is 1.96. I keep having problems with one of the jackery 5000 plus, I have the jackery charging from the HPV all day long and now the power station turns off once a day at random times, and I need to do a soft reset every single day. Any idea what the problem might be?
