I currently work for a company where I’m employed 0 hours as Job A. I then cover a variety of shifts but most of the work is done as Job B which is a supervisory role and paid as such. I’ve just had my holiday from last year paid and it’s all been at the rate of Job A which HR says is correct but I feel the holidays should be paid 12.07% of each of the totals. Am I right or is HR correct and I only get paid at Job A rate even for the Job B role. I was full time for 9 years before changing to 0 hours which included 2 weeks as not employed due to how the payroll system worked.
