Hi Bolehland,

I have witnessed a few incidents of workplace bullying toward my colleague by their leaders. It makes me uncomfortable, and I feel really bad for my colleague.

I have sent a message to the victim to cheer up and may reach out to me know I’m open to talking. I don’t condone office politics or putting others down.

What’s the best thing I can do?
