Hi everyone. Two of my roommates and I (rising seniors) are looking for 1-2 people (F) to join us in our apartment next year! Here is some info:

- In a very ideal location, close to both campus & grocery stores , all which are only a 10 min walking distance

- fully furnished, including bedroom, living room, and dining room.

- cheap rent for being so close to campus. With five people, triple is $880 and double is $930.

- water and waste are covered, and we usually pay ~$20 per person for WiFi, gas, and electricity

-parking spots are available for purchase.

- we are clean, organized, and quiet.
