I left my phone for a bit and when I came to check it all of a sudden my phone wasn't able to receive any signal. When I restarted it my phone wasnt able to read my sim completely. I tried restarting, turning airplane mode on and even taking the sim tray out multiple times. Still didnt work. When I try to check out mobile networks, my phone just glitches out.

As of writing this my phone also started shutting down randomly. Any clue as to what's happening and how can I fix this?
