Hi! I’m 25F and an advanced open water diver. I’ve always wanted to combine a solo traveling experience with a dive trip but have no idea where to start. I’ve only ever been diving while on holidays with my family, but this July I’d love to go somewhere alone for a week and be part of a dive trip of sorts. I live in London for context and was hoping to go to the Western Hemisphere (Mexico, Caribbean, etc.), Egypt, or somewhere in Europe (but with actual solid diving). I’m interested in wreck dives and diving with sharks/beautiful ocean creatures.
I’m not sure if I’m 100% ready to live on a boat for a week, but if anyone has any good recommendations for solo travelers at dive resorts where there’s a social energy + great diving I’d love that!
