How to use asafoetida lump?
I mistakenly purchased asafoetida lump instead of buying it in powder form which is how I normally use it. How do I use this lump? It is not brittle that I can just add to a mixer and grind it. It is more like super super hard clay. The other ingredients are Gum Arabic, Wheat Starch, Asafoetida, and traces of sunflower oil. This is from L.G. brand. Any suggestions on how this is used?
