Juat wondering if renewing in advance 1 year wil be enough if this delays are being done deliberately. Are they not legally bound by anything to do it in timely manner? Could they just not delay indefinitely just to make us all fall out of status?

Just didn't know where to ask this, and wanted to brainstorm with you guys.
