just compare new gen and old gen characters not six paths tier ones or otsutsuki related ones(including reincarnations)

I realized that the 4th raikage had over the 3rd raikage is just speed,

his durability, strength and endurance is inferior and he has no long range attack

Heck even darui and the 3rd raikage have long range attack which is the black lightning (manifested by both of their tattoos)
