lifes getting busy, so wanted to ask if is 2-3 hours for 3 days; Monday, Thursday and Saturday okay? and will that effect or improve my gameplay?

Rose Quartz 0.9x (epsilon vers.)

I'd say I'm 7th dan, since I overcleared 7th Dan 3 months ago. Initially, I wanted to skip 8th because the jack map was 260bpm (koreajacks). So I'm skipping to Alpha right now. been working on alpha for a month now and im already high alpha-low beta speed, mid alpha tech, low/mid alpha stamina, then low alpha jacks, but I'm focusing and grinding more jacks like Rose Quartz (epsilon vers.) on 0.9x (95.04% today, will def improve within a week or 2) which I think is low/mid alpha.

I've been playing 7k for 1 month now, and I just want some beginner maps, between two to three (or more) star ranges, I really want to main 7k and maybe (just maybe) quit 4k at my 6-7* range (my current push star-rate)
