Question about non billable:
I’ve been at a company for almost 2 years, a BCBA for almost 1, and a LaBA previously. As of now, I am only being paid for the billable hours I work each week and my drive time. I’m currently not being paid for any additional hours for emails, employee communication, employee evaluations(which are expected to be done during supervision), calls, research, I don’t have an H code for any of my clients, so i try to get what I can of program modification done during supervision, and the rest I tend to complete on my own time.
Should I be getting paid a specific percentage of non bill a week.
I’m a people pleaser, and I always feel bad for what feels like complaining, but I’m over answering messages on a Sunday at 11pm because a tech called out and now I have to figure out what to do about it.
