I just wanted to share my experience with Aula India's service.

So my Aul F75's battery was swollen after my keyboard's warranty was over, So I got in touch with their team and sent my keyboard to their service centre and their tech team found out that My Pcb & motherboard had some problems too which they fixed that for free too, they didn't have to yet they did and provided me some free switches too. Really good service and very helpful guys Mr Mahesh was their representative who helped me throughout the process and Mr Wasim from their tech team who provided me with switches and fixed my mobo for free... i only paid for the battery..... Really happy with the service they provided. I would never hesitate to suggest Aula products from now on. I don't wanna take shots at kreo.. i didn't have a good experience with them prior..but yeah.. Aula is really great..
