Hi. Are there any institutions in Lebanon that help with depression?
I'm not asking for a medical professional because this isn't a disease you can simply take medication for. There are valid reasons why someone might be depressed. Simply numbing these feelings would be irresponsible.
Just to be clear, it's not the kind of situation that necessitates or can be relieved with therapy.
I'm suffering through security issues alone, and there is a significant chance of homelessness on the horizon.
I was homeless several times in the past. Things are bad at my current job and once I do lose it, it's back to homelessness.
So, i'm depressed because i know what is coming next. I'm mid 40s and I have not felt any stability or security my entire life.
