Bought an Oris 3 or so months ago.
To make a long story short.
I Got screwed with a defective watch, and had to go back and forth with the AD, my lawyer, and what have you.
To get a resolution.

The AD is Ben bridge. They finally said they will refund me 3 months later, a couple of days ago.

Yet no money in my account.

Just trying to find some similar experiences if possible.

It’s been an eye opening experience.
When you spend 60+thousand with an ad for them to be stingy on a $2,000 broken watch tells you something.

Trying to find some guidance on what I should do.

Recently bought a BCPD that had an issue within 20 minutes of wearing. (Yes, I know I should have requested another watch immediately after, but work got in the way) so they sent it into warranty.

Now, I keep getting the run around, saying another 4-8 weeks, after 2 months of the same, waiting for Oris to decide if it was my own doing in breaking the watch, or their own manufacturing defect according to the ad after it stopped after 20 minutes of wear.

I’m at the point now though where I am considering a charge back or legal action with my lawyer. And was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with Oris warranties or their local AD.
