Struggling with strength

Hey folks, hoping someone has been in a similar position and could help me out here.

I have been on a weight loss journey for 12 months and currently lost 86 -88lbs. Roughly 1.7lb a week.

I was 154kg and am now 113kg. I'm 6ft 7inch tall guy. 33yrs old

Early on I was on a 1000kcal deficit and have now shifted to a 4-500 deficit over the last few months.

I'm in great shape but since figuring out how to lose weight and maintain good progress I am opting to push a little harder and see if I can get some more definition.

I'm also super on top of my macros, 210g protein a day, 60g fat and the rest onto carbs 265-300g.

But, when I used to weight train years ago I used to have a real drive and push when I was doing weights that I just don't have any more. I push hard and my body just hits a limit. Previously, I would like an animalistic type of drive to push harder and make some serious gains.

I am 90% certain it is because I'm in a deficit and 5 years ago I was training like mad but without any consideration for a healthy diet so was likely bulking the whole time. But a little part of me is considering low testosterone.

Anyone been through something similar where it feels like the big gym push has waivered a bit?

TLDR: eating in a deficit and feel like that big push at the gym is missing. Not sure if diet or if it could be testosterone and seeing if anyone has been in a similar boat?
