I tried the MUTED profile with +1 contrast, +1 sharpness, and +1 saturation, and the result is amazing! Even though the light wasn’t great, the sun was still strong, harsh light with ‑0.7 EV, white balance set to Sunny at 5300 K, all shot in Program mode.

Give the Muted profile a try by tweaking the saturation; it will yield better results than the Vivid profile.
