I’m moving from out of state and I’ve applied to so many jobs. I’m NYS certified and I’ve done several demos but I keep getting ghosted. A lot of schools don’t tell me if there are students with special needs or are ELLs so it throws me off guard while I’m teaching in my demo so maybe they mark me down on that?

I don’t even know what to do. I live in another state so I constantly have to buy flights every time I’m invited for a demo. I’m scared I won’t find a job. Any advice?
