I need help identifying this Cartier piece. Ive seen Cartier Vendome with burgundy ghost dials but none with diamonds. Could it be customised with aftermarket diamonds?
I bought it from an old watch shop my friend’s dad owned for around $495. Felt like it was a good deal and got it.
I brought it to a watchmaker to clean out the diamonds and they said that it’s likely original because the diamonds are still intact after so long. What do you guys think and how much does it go for?
