This episode (s3e7) is so good! It is absolutely in my top 10 and Rainbow Dash's line in the end "There is a big difference between pushing yourself as hard as you can and just being reckless..." is amazing. This episode proves Rainbow Dash is the element of loyalty.

And the moment right after she says she is quiting, when the door shuts and her pupils become small is great.
