Is there provision to appeal for a bonus? UGA I felt the |B|=N was obviously wrong cus N is just 2?

For BStat is it UGA + 3*UGB or 3.5*UGB?

Are there separate cutoffs for UGA and UGB or only overall cutoff?

101 in UGA but UGB went extremely bad could be 25-30/80, what are the chances for BStat?
