Very slow I-20 OPT porcessing

Does anyone know where I can complain about OGS? I applied for an I-20 OPT request on April 20th, and they denied my request because of missing files. Although I uploaded all files in the e-form, it's impossible to submit a form without first uploading files. There was a bug in myOGS website that somehow ignored my files, and it wasn't even my fault. I wasted so much time just waiting to be denied because of this issue. I submitted a new request, but it's still been stuck in processing since the end of April. I'm already in my grace period, and I have to get EAD as soon as possible. I've tried to reach out to them multiple times, and they always send me a templated answer. I even tried to reach out to a DSO stated in my I-20 and never got a reply back.

I don't know why it's so slow. I remember when I applied for OPT for my bachelor's at a different school, they updated my I-20 immediately during the virtual meeting. I received my EAD in just 3 weeks. It really annoys me that there's virtually no support for international students at Northeastern.

I built a platform that generates Open Graph images, blog covers, and favicons by just pasting the URL of your page.

It analyzes your page content and generates an AI image based on it. You add the image to your site by attaching a couple of meta tags.

It has two modes: template-based (unlimited) and AI image generation (limited by plan).

What's different from other image generation platforms:

  • You paste a URL and it generates the image and stores it in cloud storage indefinitely.

  • You attach the image with OG meta tags, so you don't have to copy/paste any file into your site. If you want to change the image later, just regenerate it. The meta tags stay the same.

  • It reads your page content and theme, then generates the AI image based on that.

  • Free SEO audit tool that analyzes the page and gives recommendations to improve it.

It removes the headache of maintaining OG images if you have a lot of sites or pages.

You can generate images directly in the web dashboard or via REST API
