on April 14th I won my appeal but since then my appointee for a letter and it reads “As you know, you receive and administer the benefit which the person named below is entitled to. This is because you have been authorised to exercise any rights, on their behalf, that they have under social security or tax credits legislation.

We are writing to review your role as the benefit appointee as it is some time since your appointment. We want to ensure the appointeeship is working well and that there are no issues we need to address.

You must also let us know if, since you became an appointee, you have been granted Power of Attorney or deputyship for the person named below.”

will this delay any back pay?
