I will literally venmo anyone for their time who can help me get this throttle assembly apart in a way that's able to be reassembled. I'm at my wits end with the trigger being stuck

Edit, it won't let me directly upload a photo? It's an older early 90s, maybe late 80s style that has a sealed handle that I can't seem to separate to access the trigger housing.
