Hello Beautiful FASTERS!

I'm a longtime regular faster, the longest I've done is 21 days, Juice and Smoothie Fast about 10 years ago while traveling and working throughout Italy (TORTURE!!!) but I felt amazing, I lost 20 lbs.

I know feel called by God for spiritual AND health reasons, but mainly Spiritual, to fast for 40 days, mainly Water with Liquids (Tea/Coffee/ACV) and Sea Salt.

I'm looking for any advice, suggestions, experience stories etc on this transformational and amazing journey!
