Hi I'm a first mom going through first pregnancy and im 37 weeks and 3 days, I have been having regular contractions but stuck at 1 cm dilated for about a week. Been resting, walking when I can and drinking my water but is there anything I can do to help? Its starting to get where im stuck in bed mostly and im worried baby my get too stressed. Thanks for any advice 🙏
