Hey, i lost weight from 99kg to 89kg but i still have a lot of fat at my belly, atm im eating 2400kcal and 180g of protein, should i cut it to 2200? I want to lose my belly fat but also get bigger chest etc ( a bit ) i do 3x FBW weekly and 10k steps everyday
