I pursued my ex tenant for rent areas - total was over £14000 but I raised the ccjs separately with one for the first 3 months they didn’t pay rent totalling £5500. Bailiffs visited tenant and sent me a letter saying tenant had agreed repayment plan and that they will hold off possession of goods until tenant missed payments agreed. That was over 2 months ago, have not heard or received anything from bailiffs or tenant. Anyone been through the same? Does the tenant pay the bailiffs, then the bailiffs pay me? I have no idea how much was agreed on the payment plan, bailiffs provided no info.
