My LO is 6 months old, up until last week he’s been pretty consistently getting better at sleep, waking every 4/5 hrs in the night and taking 2 long naps( more than 45 mins) and one short ( 30 min ) during the day.
As of last week it has all changed!!!
I’ve tried to stretch wake windows
3.5/3.5-4/3.5 then bed time. Wake 6-7 nap1@10 or 10:30am nap2 @2 or 3 nap3 @ 7:30-8
Bed by 9:30/10
We are barely getting 30 min naps and he’s waking every 2-3hrs in the night. He can’t connect his sleep cycles anymore and is not self soothing like he was a week ago!
Also he is leaking quite a lot in the night and we can’t figure out why - we switched to night diapers too and I change him when he wakes.
Not sure why we have had such a set back and I’m curious how I might go forward
