Only leaks when turned on, fine mist of spray from the crack in the top of the nut and leaks through the handle. Can anyone suggest what repair kit I need or specific replacement part? The ones I am seeing do not look the same as mine.

I only have a shutoff at the water meter, so I'm concerned that if I remove the nut to investigate it will crack through and not be able to go back on, and therefore will not be able to turn water back on until repaired.
