I’m 28M and been working in finance since I was 21. I’m a management accountant for a bank. I’m paid to work 9-5, however I’ve no problem with working late during busy periods or month end etc. The problem I’ve had is for the past year or so I’m consistently finishing at around 7pm most days. Am I being naive thinking this is unreasonable or am I right and doing 10 hours a week unpaid work is ridiculous?
