My Eight Sleep Pod hasn’t been changing temperature overnight.

It stays at one fixed temperature the entire night, which leaves me extremely cold when I wake up. On top of that, the vibrate + warm-up wake-up feature doesn’t seem to work either.

Has anyone else run into this or know how to fix it?
