Hesitantly posting here for suggestions to look at
Looking for:
1+ bedroom under 2k, preferably under or around 1.5k
No issues with crime, drugs, rodents, shootings, break-ins, mold, etc
I don’t care about amenities
Allows dogs and cats with a generally loose pet policy but doesn’t smell like urine (hard I know) (loose being allows multiple pets)
Spacious with a generous amount of living space, willing to do a smaller 2 bedroom since I can use the other bedroom for living space (though 2 bedroom with these requirements doesn’t seem feasible)
Decent enough staff and maintenance
Safe area to walk in (to walk my dog)
Can be apartment, house, whatever
it feels like every place I find looks great then I find out they’ve got mold or rodents or roach infestations :(
or I look at reviews and they’re like “can get something much nicer and newer for the same price” and I can’t find where these nicer places are except like 3k studios
Im overwhelmed and need pointed in a direction
