Hello! I’m back. Second time posting here. I previously posted here. Nag-seek ng advise if tama ba macros ko at ano kailangan ko for body recomposition. I started last March 03, 2026, locked in. May cheat meal pag weekends pero on track pa din ako.

Medyo matubig pa yung katawan ko, pero I ran into a physique check with a professional trainer, he said that I need to do body recomposition, lean bulk, and focus on gaining muscle mass. Wag daw ako magbase muna sa timbang, eventually, mabuburn lahat ng fats na meron ako.

Sharing my progress to you na to keep grinding and eat consciously. You can still eat what you like and what you love but in moderation at hindi palagian. Eliminate those wastes and unnecessary foods na makakapagpabagal ng progress natin. Okay lang na mabagal, pero mabagal na malinis lang dapat.
