if you have 1 week meal prep lalo yung mga very easy to prepare kahit yung paulit ulit na meal - yung may mga chicken breast/fish/vegetables etc. - sorry guys, but in my age, I still don't know how to cook, kaya wala rin ako idea kung gano kada week ng ingredients and dapat kong bilhin kapag namili kami.
