Normally my cycle is around 26-31 days. I have been spotting for 4 days now but a “real” period is not coming through. I’m now on day 31 of my cycle. I started spotting around my expected period day.

I had a lot of stress around ovulation due to personal things. Maybe that’s what causing the light period/spotting?

Should I log day one spotting as day one of my period? Idk how to go on from here. I am not pregnant, I already took a test.
