What are the best settings to run Horizon Forbidden West Smoothly on the Legion Go Z1E?

Currently running a custom profile with

30W TDP

30 SPPT

30 FPPT

6GB ram set in the BIOS

The in games graphic settings are set to Low

I am still getting significant lag.

It's driving me crazy!
