I bought the SE 3. It arrived last night and I started wearing it today. I was loading a diaper bag in the trunk, the handle somehow caught under the snap holding the watch around my wrist, unsnapped the wristband, watch fell to the ground and the screen shattered bad. Is this normal for the screen to shatter so easily or am I just really unlucky?

The wristband snap seems to come undone really easily. It came undone 2 more times throughout the day and the watch would have fallen again if I hadn’t caught it. Also wondering if this is normal?
