A FISTFUL OF GUTS
This book took me like 4 months to finish, not because it's bad at all but bc I only read whenever there's no power at home (I live in a 3rd world country where the power goes out regularly).
Anyways this book is just as good as the first although a little more gruesome which honestly makes it more entertaining.
Although Jon said he wanted to differentiate from the first book by making this a group of killers instead of a couple he ultimately falls back to making it a couple of killers two thirds of the way through the book which makes this feel kinda unoriginal and repetitive. That being said everything else is the same but I really liked how this time around there was literally no one who was safe and even Harvey was in danger and got hurt. A really enjoyable book that would be so much better if it was shorter. I really think that if he could make these books 150 pages max they'd be his biggest. Anyways I recommend it to everyone. Super fun and gruesome story with probably my favorite kill in a extreme horror book that I've read. Hopefully Jon athan comes back to this series and gives us the final book because I was super interested in the cliffhanger ending we got here.
