I started out week 1 at:
28 HRPU
2:23 plank
7 dead hang pull ups
19:44 2 mile time.
Week 10
42 HRPU
3 min plank
9 dead hang pull ups
16:08 2 mile time
I know full well that my numbers really need to continue to get better and pale in comparison to many others I see on the community. Nonetheless I’ve never felt better in terms of strength and endurance. I’ve been a regular lifter for most of my life but this is the first time I’ve ever tackled a program with regular running sessions.
Is my progression so far reasonable? I know everyone is different in that sense, and I also just started phase 2 of the program so there’s still a way to go. I’ve been thinking about adding speed sessions to my skill days. Or maybe I’m overthinking all this and just stick to the program as is and stop being impatient. What do you guys think?
