Hi there. I’ve been here as an observer for a while. Me and my partner started having conversations about the LS and are on the curiosity phase which is pretty interesting we get to talk about or likes and dislikes our ifs etc… just the conversation about it made us closer and I believe that this is a good start. However, I noticed the huge number of Solo plays on this Reddit and I am a bit curious about the dynamics of the LS. I’m very sorry if I’m being ignorant or something it’s not my intention, but how’s this different then opening the relationship (the solo play part). I’ve always assumed swinging was about the swap the 4 people and the “connection” between both couples. And I get it that many people enjoy the solo play but it just seems that it’s more and more common and most people seem to be struggling to find a 4 way.

I would like to know more about this and how your experiences with this LS have changed or not with this dynamics.

We haven’t started doing anything regarding the LS yet as I mentioned we are total beginners on it and just reading and learning about it now so this would be greatly appreciated to understand better about what to expect in the LS.

Thanks (:
