Feeling slightly pissed off

So back in February I had an upper endoscopy done for acid reflux, esophagus spasms, and swallowing problems, they didn’t find anything during the scope but took some tissue, I’m assuming, out to do a biopsy on. Two weeks later I get a call saying “there is no evidence of esophagitis or acid reflux related issues” which had me just flat out confused given my symptoms. Today I was cleaning out my car and just so happened to notice a letter from them I never opened. I opened the letter and boom there it was my biopsy confirmed i have “abnormal esophagitis”. I’m pretty pissed given it’s now May and if it weren’t for me opening that old letter I never would’ve known I even had this. What should my next steps be?? I feel like the doctors office messed up bad by telling my I was fine.

Hello, I have an anterior open bite ( it is worse on my left side) that has been giving me issues for about two years now. My jaw clicks constantly and eating is very difficult, especially hard or very chewy things. Has anyone fixed their open bite with just orthodontics or will jaw surgery be required?? Pics included, any advice or past experiences will be greatly appreciated.

I have an anterior open bite (only my molars touch), it makes things like chewing food, swallowing, and jaw pain much worse. I was wondering if anyone has an experience from fixing their open bite and it helping their TMJ?? I know orthodontist are very controversial when it comes to this but I feel like it will help my case as the strain on my back teeth and molars causes a lot of jaw issues. I will need either braces or Invisalign to correct this. Any advice helps!!
