We are moving to a new home. My first without a system already installed. The current one we have is 2Gig with motion detectors and door chimes. I do not pay for monitoring, so it's just the motion/chimes, without a subscription. But I would like to not have something professionally installed this time if I don't have to.
Must haves:
Door chime that tells me WHICH door is opened.
Indoor motion detectors for when we are away
Can arm for stay or away
No subscription
Other info: Doorbell and outdoor cameras are already Nest. I do not care if there's an app, just the keypad/display is fine. I saw that Simplisafe has all of this, but the feature to know which door is opened is only available with the subscription. It's hard to determine if I can get the audible specified chime without a subscription with some of the options out there.
